Phil didn’t start in sales — he started by building. His career began in 2011 in property management, working with nonprofits and small companies across Ontario. It was a time focused on understanding the foundations of real estate —learning how each part of the process connects and what it takes to make a property work, not just sell.
From there, he stepped into many roles, each adding a new tool to his belt:
- Property Manager: Running day-to-day operations and navigating tenant and property needs.
- Construction Project Manager: Overseeing developments from concept to completion.
- Home Inspector’s Assistant: Learning what makes a home stand strong.
- Acquisitions Lead: Finding, funding, and transforming properties across Toronto, GTA, Southern Ontario and abroad.

Born in Toronto, with a typical suburban Newmarket upbringing he made his way back downtown over a decade ago. He’s lived the classic Toronto 20-something story — CityPlace, Liberty Village — and now calls the east end home with his wife, two daughters and golden doodle.
Phil knows the city inside and out. From the sleek condos of CityPlace, the cozy charm of Riverdale, to the community vibe of the Beaches, and the high-energy pulse of Queen West, he understands the neighborhoods that make Toronto special.These aren’t just maps — they’re places he’s lived, worked, and helped his clients thrive in.
